International Sales Executive– Salary: DOE + Commission

You will be focusing on generating new business opportunities and managing the on going business relationships with our vendor clients.

Specific duties in this role will include:

  • Generate new business
  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior level executives
  • Delivering well researched, highly qualified sales opportunities
  • Managing opportunities throughout entire new business sales cycle.
  • Update and maintain VMG’s CRM System

As an International Sales Executive, you must be energetic, intelligent, tenacious and motivated by success. You must be internally driven to achieve more than you have already accomplished as we seek individuals that can inspire others to reach new heights and constantly strive for new ground.

Additional requirements include:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • CRM Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of meeting new business targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at Director/CEO level (both verbally and in writing)
  • Results orientated

Delegate Acquisition Director- Salary: DOE + Commission

You will be supporting and driving the delegate acquisition campaigns for Vale Media Group’s entire portfolio of events in the Oil, Gas, Power & Mining Industries in Sub Saharan Africa.

Specific duties in this role will include:

  • Weekly target of delegates to register to attend the upcoming event
  • To travel and play a key role in running the Vale Media Group events
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers
  • Booking keynote speakers to help build each product and brand for the on-site event experience.
  • Working closely with the content committee to construct a unique agenda for each event keeping inline with current trends and challenges within the industry
  • Compile intelligence from your delegates to assist with the marketing and sales efforts
  • In the lead up to the event, work closely with the Event Director to maintain contact with the delegates to ensure they are looked after before meeting them face to face at the event itself

Additional requirements include:

  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B delegate role
  • CRM Experience
  • Demonstrable experience of meeting targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at Director/CEO level (both verbally and in writing)
  • Keen relationship builder
